About Me

When I was young, my mother took me out of school once a month to experience the culture of New York City. We attended plays, films, and went to museums. Her excellent taste in clothing, food, and classic décor was an enduring influence. She inspired me to spend endless hours wandering NYC’s Museum Mile from the Metropolitan to the Frick. Undoubtedly these experiences led to my decision to pursue a degree in Art history at New York University where I graduated with a Bachelors degree in Fine Arts.

For the last 20 years I have sold vintage art and jewelry in local shops and on-line. I have worked to increase my knowledge of works on paper, collecting and studying individual artists, and learning from other print dealers.

In 2013 I apprenticed with a local paper conservator and learned the basics of how to clean and restore works on paper. My restoration skills will allow me to present and save works which would otherwise go by the wayside.
